My client, a leading and well-established name in the electrical distribution and industrial automation sector, is currently seeking an experienced Territory Manager to drive sales and foster strong client relationships across the Newcastle region.

This is an excellent opportunity for a results-oriented sales professional who thrives in a technically driven environment. You’ll be representing a trusted portfolio of automation, electrical, and control products, supported by a reputable brand and a collaborative internal team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a dedicated sales territory focused on electrical distribution and automation solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
  • Deliver tailored technical solutions, working closely with engineers, project teams, and procurement departments
  • Consistently meet and exceed set sales targets and KPIs
  • Work alongside internal product, marketing, and service teams to ensure seamless client experience and satisfaction


Skills & Experience Required:

  • 4–7 years’ experience in a Territory Manager, Technical Sales, or Account Management role within the electrical or automation industry
  • In-depth understanding of electrical distribution and automation products/applications
  • Proven success in meeting sales goals and growing a sales territory
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Desirable: Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline
