Service Technician – Water Treatment | Brisbane Metro

What You’ll Do:

• Service, maintain, and manage Water Treatment Plants across three key client sites
• Operate and troubleshoot Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems to ensure peak performance
• Provide on-site technical support, respond to callouts, and build strong client relationships
• Identify opportunities for plant upgrades and service improvements
• Accurately document maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety and quality protocols

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in servicing and maintaining water treatment systems (RO experience highly regarded)
• Electrical trade background (advantageous but not essential)
• Strong problem-solving mindset and commitment to exceptional customer service
• Willingness to work on-call, weekends, or night shifts if needed
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
