The Role

We are seeking a Service Coordinator to join the team in Western Australia. You will be responsible for coordinating service operations, supporting field technicians, and ensuring that customer service jobs are delivered on time and to the highest standard. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with a strong customer focus.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule service jobs and field technicians
  • Raise purchase orders, sales orders, and job documentation
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to meet service requirements
  • Maintain accurate service records and timesheets in company systems
  • Support warranty, repairs, and parts ordering processes
  • Provide backup support for the Service Operations Manager when required


About You

  • Experience in a service coordination, scheduling, or administration role
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP or ERP experience highly regarded
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and work to deadlines
  • Positive, customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving skills
