The Role

We are seeking a Service Coordinator to join the team in Melbourne. You will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day service operations, supporting field technicians, and ensuring customer service jobs are delivered efficiently and to the highest standard. This role is perfect for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with customers and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule service jobs and field technicians
  • Raise purchase orders, sales orders, and prepare job documentation
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to meet service requirements
  • Maintain accurate service records, job notes, and technician timesheets
  • Support warranty, repairs, and parts ordering processes
  • Provide backup support to the Service Operations Manager when required

About You

  • Experience in service coordination, scheduling, or service administration
  • Strong communication and organisational abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP or other ERP system experience is highly regarded
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and work to deadlines
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
