Service Administration – Team Leader📍 Perth, WA

My client is a well-established organisation operating within the industrial and engineering services sector, known for delivering critical equipment solutions and maintaining strong service and operational standards.

They are now seeking an experienced Service Administration – Team Leader to take ownership of their service support function and lead a high-performing team.


The Role

This position will see you overseeing the day-to-day service administration operations, ensuring scheduling, workflows, and job processes run efficiently while maintaining high service standards.

You will work closely with internal teams and leadership to improve processes, drive performance, and ensure a seamless end-to-end service experience.


Key Responsibilities

Lead and support the service administration team to ensure smooth daily operations

Oversee scheduling, job coordination, and workflow management

Manage the full job lifecycle from booking through to completion and invoicing

Monitor service performance and identify areas for improvement

Maintain accuracy across systems and reporting outputs

Act as a key point of contact between internal teams, technicians, and clients

Drive process improvements and support operational efficiency


Must-Haves

Proven experience in a Service Administration Team Leader or similar role

3–5 years’ experience within a comparable service environment

Strong capability working with CRM and ERP systems, with exposure to platforms such as Pronto or service-based systems highly regarded

Solid understanding of service operations including scheduling, job tracking, and invoicing processes

High attention to detail with strong data accuracy and reporting awareness

Ability to analyse trends, identify issues, and implement effective solutions

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

A results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
