About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and proactive Sales Support / Customer Service professional to join my client’s Sydney-based team. You will play a crucial role in supporting the sales function, ensuring smooth communication between customers, the sales team, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for client inquiries
  • Assist the sales team with quotes, order processing, and sales documentation
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and other systems
  • Manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in internal sales, sales administration, customer service, or a similar role
  • Background in industrial, manufacturing, or engineering sectors is highly desirable
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
