My client is a well-established business within the water systems and filtration sector, known for delivering high-quality solutions and maintaining strong relationships across the industry.

They are now seeking a driven Sales Representative to join their Brisbane team and take ownership of business development and client engagement.


The Role

This position will see you responsible for developing new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing accounts ensuring consistent sales performance and strong customer satisfaction.

You will work closely with internal teams and clients to provide tailored solutions, manage the full sales cycle, and contribute to overall business growth.


Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders

Provide product knowledge and tailored solutions to meet customer needs

Manage the full sales cycle from enquiry through to closing

Consistently meet and exceed sales targets

Maintain accurate records and reporting of sales activities


Must-Haves

Proven experience in sales within the swimming pool industry or a closely related field

Solid understanding of water treatment and filtration systems

Strong results-driven approach with a focus on achieving targets

Demonstrated ability to take initiative and influence outcomes

Consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Established relationships within the industry or ability to build them quickly

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Approximately 4–7 years’ experience in a similar sales role
