ackaging Sales Manager – National Role
We are currently partnering with a well-established and growing business operating across packaging, food ingredients and processing equipment, seeking an experienced Packaging Sales Manager to drive national growth.
About the Company
Our client is a recognised supplier into the food processing industry, holding exclusive distribution rights for a range of global packaging products.
Rather than manufacturing, they act as a direct national sales channel, representing premium international brands and supplying directly to customers across Australia.
Their packaging division is a key part of the business, particularly within the meat processing sector.

The Role
This is a national, relationship-driven sales role focused on growing the company’s packaging portfolio.
You will:
• Manage and grow existing customer relationships
• Identify and develop new business opportunities nationally
• Promote a portfolio of meat-related packaging products (including casings and clippings)
• Work directly with customers across multiple states
• Travel regularly to client sites

What We’re Looking For
We are open on background, however strong alignment will include:
• Experience in:
• Packaging OR
• Food / meat processing OR
• Food ingredients / contract manufacturing OR
• Industrial B2B sales into manufacturing
• Proven ability to manage accounts and grow revenue
• Comfortable working autonomously in a national role
• Strong commercial mindset and relationship skills
Technical qualifications are not essential — the focus is on commercial capability and industry exposure.
