Location: Melbourne, VIC
Work Type: Full-time, Permanent
Remuneration: Base Salary + Super + Bonus + Car

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven and technically skilled professional to join the team as a Sales Executive. The role is focused on developing new business opportunities while managing and expanding existing accounts across Victoria. This position is ideal for someone with a background in polymers or chemical solutions who thrives in a technically consultative and customer-facing sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow sales across defined industrial sectors in Victoria
- Manage existing accounts and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Engage with customers to understand technical requirements and provide tailored solutions
- Prepare and deliver product presentations, proposals, and technical documentation
- Collaborate with internal technical and customer support teams
- Maintain accurate sales reporting and pipeline forecasting
- Meet or exceed revenue targets and KPIs
Requirements:
- Degree in Chemical Engineering is a plus or strong background in polymers/chemistry
- 2–8 years' experience in a technical sales or similar industrial role
- Proven success in managing B2B sales, with a focus on solution-based selling
- Strong technical aptitude with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, commercially driven, and customer-focused
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel as needed
