My client – Australia’s industry leader in high pressure water jetting and industrial pumping solutions – is seeking a technically minded and commercially driven Sales Engineer to join their Perth-based team. You'll work closely with clients across key industrial sectors to deliver tailored equipment solutions backed by over 60 years of trusted performance.

With a long-standing reputation for innovation and reliability, my client supplies an extensive range of high and ultra-high pressure water jetting systems, pumping equipment, hoses, accessories, and state-of-the-art specialised tools. Their mission is to deliver complete solutions – not just products – that meet the unique demands of critical industries across mining, energy, infrastructure, and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical sales support to clients in WA, offering tailored equipment and system recommendations
  • Prepare quotations, solution proposals, and equipment documentation
  • Develop and manage strong customer relationships through regular engagement and problem-solving
  • Work with internal teams (engineering, service, operations) to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to long-term client growth

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in technical sales – ideally in industrial pumping, pressure systems, or mechanical equipment
  • Strong communication and customer engagement skills
  • Ability to understand and convey technical concepts clearly
  • Trade or engineering background (mechanical/electrical) preferred
  • Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage long lead cycles
