About the Role:

My client, a global manufacturer in power transmission solutions, is seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to join their Perth team. This role is pivotal in building and nurturing relationships with key accounts, driving sales growth, and delivering tailored technical solutions to clients in the mining and industrial engineering sectors.

The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams, identify new business opportunities, and provide exceptional customer support to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and prospects in the mining and industrial engineering sectors across WA.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive outreach.
• Develop and execute customer call plans to ensure consistent engagement.
• Deliver technical expertise, conducting calculations for equipment selection and application needs.
• Manage sales orders, project timelines, and customer communication to ensure seamless delivery.

Your Profile:

• Proven technical sales experience within the Power Transmission industry (industrial gear motors, electric motors, inverters & servo drives).
• Ideally, an Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics).
• Strong understanding of power transmission systems and the ability to conduct technical assessments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers and internal teams.
