Queensland Sales Manager – Water Treatment

Location: Brisbane

My client is a leading provider of innovative water treatment solutions, trusted by a wide range of industries for their technical expertise, service quality, and commitment to sustainability. With a strong national presence, they are seeking an experienced Queensland Sales Manager to drive growth, manage key accounts, and build new business opportunities across the region.

About the Role

The Queensland Sales Manager will take ownership of sales activities across Brisbane and the wider Queensland market. This is a customer-facing position requiring a strong background in water treatment and proven B2B sales experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining existing client relationships, developing new business, and achieving sales targets while promoting high-quality technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth in Queensland
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with customers across multiple industries
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle
  • Provide technical advice and tailored solutions to clients
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

About You

  • Proven experience in water treatment, or a closely related technical industry
  • Solid track record in B2B sales, account management, or a similar role
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • A proactive, driven, and results-oriented approach
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
