They are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to ensure compliance, drive continuous improvement, and lead the quality function across the business.
The Role
The Quality Assurance Manager will take ownership of quality systems, processes, and compliance across the organisation. This role requires a solid background in food manufacturing (or a related sector) and 4–7 years of experience in a similar QA role. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership, ensuring standards and legislative requirements are met while fostering a culture of quality across all teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret key accreditation and standards obligations, ensuring organisational compliance with legislative and industry requirements
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems and processes across the business
- Communicate effectively with all team members to promote quality and compliance
- Prepare accurate reports and documentation, demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills
- Manage time effectively, prioritise tasks, and work independently with minimal supervision
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership, including the Managing Director, Marketing Director, CEO, CFO, Operations Manager, and Sales Manager
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in a Quality Assurance role, preferably within Food Manufacturing or a similar industry
- High-level interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously
