About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Product Manager with a strong technical foundation to take ownership of a key product portfolio. The successful candidate will lead product strategy, lifecycle management, and go-to-market initiatives while collaborating closely with sales, engineering, and marketing teams. This role is ideal for someone who combines technical acumen with commercial insight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of assigned product lines
• Develop and implement product strategies aligned with market needs
• Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and enhancements
• Provide technical and commercial support to the sales team
• Deliver training and product presentations to internal and external stakeholders
• Support marketing initiatives, pricing strategies, and product launches

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related discipline
• 5+ years’ experience in a similar Product Management role
• 5–10 years of experience in industrial automation or manufacturing sectors
• Strong technical understanding of industrial systems, automation components, or related technologies
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and deliver commercial results
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to travel interstate and overseas as required
