Product Manager - Shopfloor Productivity – Electrical/Electronic Engineering | Sydney
Location: Sydney, NSW
Work Type: Full-time, Permanent
Remuneration: Base Salary + Super + Bonus + Company Vehicle
Travel: Required to travel interstate and overseas

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Product Manager with a strong technical foundation to take ownership of a key product portfolio. The successful candidate will lead product strategy, lifecycle management, and go-to-market initiatives while collaborating closely with sales, engineering, and marketing teams. This role is ideal for someone who combines technical acumen with commercial insight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of assigned product lines
- Develop and implement product strategies aligned with market needs
- Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and enhancements
- Provide technical and commercial support to the sales team
- Deliver training and product presentations to internal and external stakeholders
- Support marketing initiatives, pricing strategies, and product launches
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related discipline
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar Product Management role
- 5–10 years of experience in industrial automation or manufacturing sectors
- Strong technical understanding of industrial systems, automation components, or related technologies
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and deliver commercial results
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel interstate and overseas as required
