Job Title:

Internal Sales / Stores & Procurement Coordinator

Purpose of Role:

Support day-to-day operations of the WA repair centre through management of stores, purchasing, internal sales support and operational coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage stores function including receiving, dispatch and stock control

• Operate forklift and handle physical goods

• Raise purchase orders and manage supplier relationships

• Support internal sales and customer enquiries

• Assist with repair centre workflow and job coordination

• Maintain accurate inventory and records

• Liaise with workshop staff and management

• Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes

Products & Systems:

• Pneumatics

• Fuel system components

• Pumps and liquid handling equipment

Ideal Background:

• Mechanical or trade-support environment

• Stores / internal sales / workshop coordination

• Exposure to pumps, pneumatics or fuel systems advantageous
