• Develop and optimize formulations using fruit ingredients and gum systems for various applications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, quality, and production, to bring innovative concepts to market.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and customer requirements.

• Experience in fruit processing, gum systems, or hydrocolloids within the food industry.
• Strong formulation, problem-solving, and hands-on development skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
