  • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities across Australia.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with a focus on revenue growth and increased win rates.
  • Engage prospective customers—primarily within the mining sector—to present technical solutions and services.
  • Expand relationships with EPCs and consulting firms for major project opportunities.

  • Contribute to business plans for new solutions and product lines.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle from proposal development through to project completion.
  • Participate in marketing activities and represent the company at seminars and industry events.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline (essential).
  • Minimum 10 years of proven sales experience, ideally within the chemical process, mining, or engineered solutions sectors.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex systems and present solutions confidently.
  • High-level communication, stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.

  • Strategic thinker with strong organisational and business development capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel nationally as required.

What’s on Offer
