NASH - Ingersoll Rand BDM – East Coast (Vacuum Pumps Aftermarket)
● Location: East Coast (flexible – NSW/QLD/VIC)
● Salary: $105K – $130K + super + bonus + car
● Strong candidates (vacuum pumps experience): $120K–$130K range
● Focus: aftermarket sales (service, parts, contracts)
● Experience: aftermarket highly desirable
Business Development Manager – Vacuum Pumps (Aftermarket)
Location: East Coast (NSW / QLD / VIC)
We are partnering with a global industrial business seeking a BDM to drive growth across their vacuum pump aftermarket division.
This role focuses on service, parts, and long-term contracts across an established customer base, with strong opportunity to expand market share.
Key Responsibilities
● Drive aftermarket sales including service, parts, and maintenance contracts
● Develop new business opportunities across the East Coast
● Manage and grow key industrial accounts
● Identify upsell opportunities within existing customer base
● Work collaboratively with internal technical and service teams
Requirements
● Experience in vacuum pumps, compressors, or similar industrial equipment
● Strong background in aftermarket/service sales (highly desirable)
● Proven ability to develop and convert new business
● Strong relationship management and commercial skills
