Location: Central Coast, New South Wales

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Fitter / Pump Technician to join the team in New South Wales. You will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of pumps and rotating equipment, delivering high-quality outcomes that ensure equipment performance and customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for a skilled trades professional who thrives in a hands-on, service-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform fitting, servicing, and repair of pumps and rotating equipment
  • Conduct troubleshooting and fault-finding to diagnose mechanical issues
  • Complete workshop and field service work with a focus on quality and safety
  • Work collaboratively with the service team to meet client requirements
  • Maintain accurate service records and adhere to company standards

About You

  • Certificate III or IV in Engineering – Mechanical Trade (or mechanical trade background)
  • Full Australian Driver’s Licence (C Class)
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ hands-on experience in mechanical fitting, pump repair, or rotating equipment maintenance
  • Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
