Mechanical Fitter / Pump Technician
Location: Central Coast, New South Wales
Package: Competitive base + Super + Bonus

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Fitter / Pump Technician to join the team in New South Wales. You will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of pumps and rotating equipment, delivering high-quality outcomes that ensure equipment performance and customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for a skilled trades professional who thrives in a hands-on, service-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform fitting, servicing, and repair of pumps and rotating equipment
- Conduct troubleshooting and fault-finding to diagnose mechanical issues
- Complete workshop and field service work with a focus on quality and safety
- Work collaboratively with the service team to meet client requirements
- Maintain accurate service records and adhere to company standards
About You
- Certificate III or IV in Engineering – Mechanical Trade (or mechanical trade background)
- Full Australian Driver’s Licence (C Class)
- Minimum 2–3 years’ hands-on experience in mechanical fitting, pump repair, or rotating equipment maintenance
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
