An established and growing business within the industrial sector is currently looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join their Sydney team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has strong attention to detail, particularly across logistics, order processing, and general coordination.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating shipments, processing orders, and ensuring everything runs smoothly across the supply chain. You’ll be working closely with internal teams as well as external suppliers and freight partners.
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments
- Manage order processing and fulfilment
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams
- Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery
- Maintain accurate import/export documentation
- Update systems and ensure data accuracy
- Provide general administrative support to the logistics team
- SAP experience (essential)
- Experience using a CRM system
- Background in one or more of the following:
- Logistics
- Shipping
- Order processing / fulfilment
- Import / export
- Administration
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholders
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
