Internal Sales – Melbourne


My client is seeking an experienced and motivated Internal Sales professional to join its Melbourne team.

You’ll be responsible for supporting and driving sales activities, managing customer coordination, and ensuring exceptional service to internal stakeholders, while contributing to the growth and efficiency of the business.


Key responsibilities

• Base in Melbourne, managing and developing relationships with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders

• Support sales activities and drive operational efficiency within the sales process

• Prepare reports, maintain accurate records, and monitor customer and account performance

• Collaborate internally to deliver exceptional service and business solutions

• Support process improvement initiatives and effective use of CRM/ERP systems


What you’ll bring

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in internal sales, sales support, or customer coordination

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder engagement abilities

• Process-driven mindset with attention to detail

• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)

• Exposure to ERP systems (SAP advantageous)
