The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or early-career professional looking to build a long-term career in commercial sales. Working closely with experienced Account Managers, you'll gain exposure to customers, products, and internal business operations while developing the skills to progress into an Account Manager role.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Account Managers with customer enquiries, quotations, samples, and day-to-day sales activities.
- Coordinate with customer service, supply chain, technical, and commercial teams.
- Maintain accurate customer and product information within company systems.
- Develop product knowledge and build confidence communicating with customers.
- Assist in managing customer relationships and identifying new opportunities.
- Progressively take ownership of smaller customer accounts.
About You
- Recent graduate or early in your career with an interest in sales and business development.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
- Well organised with good attention to detail.
- Qualifications in Food Science, Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field are advantageous but not essential.
- Looking for a long-term career with clear progression opportunities.
