Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced HR Officer to support their Melbourne-based operations.


About the Role

This is a great opportunity for an HR Officer with 2–3 years’ experience to join a structured and professional HR team. The role will support the full employee lifecycle and partner closely with managers to deliver practical, compliant, and people-focused HR solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
  • Provide first-line HR advice to employees and leaders
  • Assist with employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with Australian employment legislation
  • Support HR initiatives, projects, and continuous improvement activities
  • Assist with payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR reporting


About You

  • 2–3 years’ experience in a similar HR Officer or HR Administrator role
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline
  • Working knowledge of Australian employment legislation
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
