About the Role
This is a great opportunity for an HR Officer with 2–3 years’ experience to join a structured and professional HR team. The role will support the full employee lifecycle and partner closely with managers to deliver practical, compliant, and people-focused HR solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
- Provide first-line HR advice to employees and leaders
- Assist with employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with Australian employment legislation
- Support HR initiatives, projects, and continuous improvement activities
- Assist with payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR reporting
About You
- 2–3 years’ experience in a similar HR Officer or HR Administrator role
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline
- Working knowledge of Australian employment legislation
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
