HR Coordinator
Locations: South East Melbourne, VIC or Perth, WA
Our client is a globally recognised industrial and engineering organisation with a significant international footprint across multiple regions and markets. The business is known for its strong operational structure, safety-focused culture, and commitment to innovation and employee development.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking an HR Coordinator to support their operations in either Melbourne or Perth.
About the Role
This opportunity is ideally suited to an HR professional with experience working within a large multinational organisation who understands the structure, complexity, and stakeholder management involved in supporting a global business environment.
The successful candidate will support the full employee lifecycle and work closely with leaders and employees across the business to deliver practical, compliant, and people-focused HR support.
Key Responsibilities
• Support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
• Provide first-line HR support and advice to employees and managers
• Assist with employee relations, performance management, and HR administration
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment legislation
• Support HR reporting, audits, payroll coordination, and administrative activities
• Assist with HR projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and employee engagement activities
• Coordinate documentation, systems updates, and employee lifecycle processes across the business
About You
• 2–5 years’ experience within a HR Coordinator, HR Officer, or HR Administration role
• Previous experience working within a large multinational or global organisation is highly preferred
• Exposure to complex business structures and multiple stakeholder layers within international organisations
• Degree qualification in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline preferred
• Strong understanding of Australian employment legislation and HR processes
• Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
• High attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Experience within industrial, engineering, manufacturing, or technical environments will be highly regarded
