Role Overview:

We're seeking a motivated Health & Safety Officer with 3+ years’ experience in a similar role. This position is ideal for a safety professional from any industry sector who is eager to relocate and join a global manufacturer that values fresh ideas, growth, and leadership potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and support WHS policies, procedures, and systems in line with Australian legislation
  • Conduct inspections, audits, risk assessments, and safety observations
  • Promote safety culture through toolbox talks, training sessions, and team engagement
  • Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented
  • Maintain accurate HSE records, reports, and training documentation
  • Contribute to global EHS initiatives and sustainability goals

About You:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a safety-focused role
  • Relevant qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety (minimum Cert IV or equivalent)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
  • Exposure to ISO 45001 & 14001 systems is an advantage
