Service Technician – Rotating Equipment
Brisbane QLD
A leading industrial service provider is seeking a motivated and skilled Service Technician to join its Brisbane team.
You’ll provide hands-on servicing, maintenance, and breakdown support for compressors and similar rotating equipment across client sites. Travel is primarily within the Brisbane area, supporting reliable operation of critical machinery.
Key responsibilities
• Perform scheduled and breakdown servicing on compressors and related rotating equipment
• Conduct fault finding, repairs, and preventative maintenance work
• Prepare service reports and maintain accurate maintenance records
• Work closely with clients to ensure reliable service and strong relationships
• Support technical and operational improvement initiatives across the team
What you’ll bring
• Trade Qualification: Certificate III – Fitter and Turner
• Minimum 3 years’ maintenance experience with rotating equipment
• Knowledge of compressors or similar machinery
• Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Reliable, self-motivated, and confident in client-facing work
