Position: Customer Service Officer / Parts Interpreter (Hybrid Role)

Overview:

Newly created hybrid role combining customer service + parts interpreting + service coordination as part of restructuring the service and parts teams.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer enquiries (phone + counter)

• Parts interpreting and order processing

• Support service team with job coordination

• Retail/over-the-counter parts sales

• Liaise with technicians and customers

• Follow up orders and service requirements

✅ Must-Haves

• Experience in:

• Parts interpreting OR

• Service advising OR

• Industrial customer service

• Strong communication skills

• Comfortable dealing with trades / workshop environment

• Sense of urgency + follow-through

Nice to Have

• Mechanical or trade background

• Experience in maintenance / workshop environment

• Ability to identify parts / understand equipment
