Business Development Manager – Fluid Control Solutions

Location: Queensland

The Role

We are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to lead sales growth across Queensland. You will focus on valves, actuation, pneumatics, and complete fluid control solutions—working with clients to deliver sustainable, cutting-edge systems that simplify complex processes. This role is perfect for a technically skilled, commercially minded professional who thrives on building strong client relationships and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow new and existing business across Queensland
  • Engage with clients in industries including mining, food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, gas handling, water treatment, and microfluidics
  • Promote a range of valves, actuation, pneumatics, and engineered fluid control solutions
  • Collaborate with engineering, project, and service teams to ensure customer needs are met
  • Identify opportunities for sustainable, innovative process control solutions

About You

  • Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in valves, instrumentation, or related process control equipment
  • Proven track record in technical sales and business development
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for delivering value to customers
