The Role
We are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to lead sales growth across Queensland. You will focus on valves, actuation, pneumatics, and complete fluid control solutions—working with clients to deliver sustainable, cutting-edge systems that simplify complex processes. This role is perfect for a technically skilled, commercially minded professional who thrives on building strong client relationships and driving business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow new and existing business across Queensland
- Engage with clients in industries including mining, food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, gas handling, water treatment, and microfluidics
- Promote a range of valves, actuation, pneumatics, and engineered fluid control solutions
- Collaborate with engineering, project, and service teams to ensure customer needs are met
- Identify opportunities for sustainable, innovative process control solutions
About You
- Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in valves, instrumentation, or related process control equipment
- Proven track record in technical sales and business development
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for delivering value to customers
