A well-established, global OEM within the water and pump sector is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer / Territory Manager to take ownership of a key Western Australian market.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a role with an existing install base, strong distributor network, and long-term growth pathway into leadership.

The Role:
• Manage and grow an established WA territory
• Work across both distributor channels and direct end-users
• Drive new business within mining, industrial, and water sectors
• Build relationships with key clients and expand market share
• Partner internally with technical and operational teams

What You’ll Be Selling:
• Centrifugal pump systems
• Bore / underground pumping solutions
• Industrial water equipment
⸻
About You:
• Experience selling pumps, rotating equipment, or industrial solutions
• Strong exposure to WA market (mining / industrial highly regarded)
• Commercially driven with a focus on relationship building and growth
• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote/WFH environment
• Looking for a long-term role with progression into leadership
