This role involves managing an established territory and driving growth across key accounts by delivering tailored, technical solutions. You’ll engage with clients across industries such as manufacturing, automation, food processing, packaging, and OEM, providing a mix of field-based and internal coordination work.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts within the assigned region
- Provide technical sales solutions to industrial clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with key decision-makers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure top-tier service and support
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the territory
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 2–5+ years’ experience in industrial sales, automation, or pneumatics
- Engineering qualification (Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics)
- Proven sales performance in a technical product environment
- Excellent interpersonal and solution-selling skills
- Previous exposure to pneumatic systems is an advantage
